Guest post: How We Homeschool
(hello, it has been a while since we have seen each other)
You haven't heard from me in ages because every facet of my previous mode of existence has transformed completely over the last twelve months. I've moved back to Australia, bought a house in the bush and given birth to a sweet baby girl. My brain has existed in the usual state of mush that attends the flux of new motherhood and words have not been relevant.
Until now! For I have written the post below for
’s brilliant publication, How We Homeschool (a crowning jewel, to my view, of Substack’s home education niche).
Suffice to say that it took nearly two weeks to draft this single post amidst the many different activities that constitute my day, so until an hour or so can be drawn from it all for the work of sharpening the purring monster of my literary voice, this is it for now.
